"My original State Farm representative retired and my folder was then given to Mrs. Parra office. A situation came up in regards to my insurance and for the first time today I went to her office. I was greeted and treated with so much respect. After chewing the poor ladies ears off, they understood and helped me with my situation. One thing that seems to be lost in this day and age is good customer service. though it was my first time going, I felt at ease knowing if I needed to reach out to her facility in the future, I will be in good hands."

"I called this office to inquire about insurance rates and the receptionist was extremely rude. She had a rude tone and mumbled words I could not understand. I contacted this office again at a later date and spoke to Julia who was incompetent and confused me. She needs to be retrained and supervised more closely.
